Visit Hell's Gate Geothermal Reserve, a location featuring native bush surroundings and geothermal steam vents. Engage with the landscape connected to Māori mythology and cultural traditions. Participate in activities involving geothermal mud baths and sulphur mineral water, which have been utilized by Māori communities for centuries. The reserve offers opportunities to traverse the geothermal area, dip in mud foot pools, experience mud baths and sulphur spas, and refresh in a designated plunge pool.
