Pay at checkout
Pay the displayed order total immediately through Ziina’s secure payment page. Available cards and wallets are shown by Ziina for your device and transaction. Ticket971 does not collect or store your full card number or security code. Your bank may require authentication. An unsuccessful or cancelled payment does not mark an order as paid.
Currency and total
The final amount charged is in AED and includes the charges shown in your order summary. Currency conversions displayed in USD or EUR are for reference; your bank may use a different rate or charge its own conversion fee. Any delivery charge payable to Ticket971 must be disclosed before payment. We will not debit additional fees without your agreement.
How tickets arrive
The delivery method shown for the selected offer applies: electronic PDF or download, mobile transfer to the organiser’s app, physical delivery, or collection where explicitly offered. Payment confirmation arrives by email; tickets may arrive separately. Mobile transfers can require a separate organiser account. Physical delivery or collection instructions will identify the agreed location and deadline.
Delivery timing
“Instant download” applies only when explicitly stated for the selected offer; it does not apply to all electronic tickets. Other tickets may be released closer to the event. The offer’s stated delivery deadline is part of your purchase. If no exact earlier release time is stated, delivery is due before the event begins. If a deadline is missed, contact us immediately; if we cannot provide the purchased tickets in time, you are entitled to a full refund for the affected tickets, including their Ticket971 charges.
Check your delivery
Check your inbox, spam folder and My orders. Verify the event, date and quantity on receipt. If a transfer link does not work or a ticket is rejected at the venue, contact info@ticket971.ae promptly with the order number and the available error or venue evidence. Do not post a barcode publicly.
