Information we use
We use your name, email, order details, payment status and reference, support correspondence, and any attendee information needed for the ticket. We also process limited connection and security information to protect the service. Card details are entered with Ziina; Ticket971 does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Purposes and service providers
We process data to fulfil your order, deliver tickets, send transactional messages, support your account, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Ziina processes payments; Resend delivers transactional emails; our hosting and mailbox providers support the service. Necessary attendee details may be shared with the relevant ticket supplier or organiser. Some providers process data outside your country. We do not sell customer data. Marketing requires a separate choice and is not a condition of purchase.
Retention and your requests
Order and payment records are retained as needed for fulfilment, accounting, disputes and applicable legal duties. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after seven days. Browser selections remain until you remove them or clear storage. Contact info@ticket971.ae to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain records that the law requires. Do not email full card details or passwords.
External services
Venue maps, taxi apps, organiser apps and external payment pages operate under their own policies. Opening one of these services shares connection information with that service. We do not request your precise location for route links; a map or taxi app may ask you separately. The legal seller and privacy contact are listed on About & Contact.
