Your booking
Ticket971 arranges tickets for live events and attractions. The event, date, venue, category, quantity and delivery conditions shown at checkout form part of your order. Ticket971 is not the event organiser unless expressly stated. Resale tickets may cost more or less than their original face value.
Price and payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Ziina. The amount charged is displayed in AED before you pay; USD and EUR displays are estimates. The order price is fixed when payment succeeds. We do not charge an additional amount if our sourcing cost later rises. If we cannot fulfil your paid order, the refund policy applies. A payment confirmation is not an admission ticket.
Seats and ticket conditions
Only a row, seat or “seats together” statement explicitly included in your selection is promised. General admission is unreserved. Increasing quantity may change the available category, row and price. Check age limits, named-ticket rules, accessibility requirements and venue restrictions before payment. Ask us about requirements that are not stated on the listing before buying.
Your details and access
Provide an email you can access and accurate attendee details when required. Keep order links and ticket barcodes private. Follow the organiser’s entry and identification rules. Do not duplicate, alter or misuse a ticket. We will ask for your agreement before any material substitution; we do not replace your selected category silently.
Support and applicable rights
Contact info@ticket971.ae with your order number for booking, delivery or refund issues. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or available payment-dispute rights. Applicable UAE law and any mandatory protections that apply to your purchase remain in force. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing paid order.
